ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Triphala is one of the most highly prized herbal formulas used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, most commonly taken internally. Made of 3 dried fruits Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki, each a powerful fruit but, according to Ayurveda, when mixed their benefits are amplified, balancing, detoxifying and nourishing. Shown to have antibacterial effects and high in vitamin C.
Amalaki – Anti-inflammatory properties, antioxidants and vitamin C.
Bibhitaki - Purifying and astringent properties.
Haritaki - Excellent for anti-ageing and skin thinning. Rejuvenating tissues.
THE RITUAL
Dispense a teaspoon full into your hand or bowl. Add just under the same quantity of water over the powder and mix into a creamy mousse. Apply over dry skin in circular motions. Feel the tingling, refreshing sensation on your skin and rinse to reveal a smooth and brilliant complexion.
TIPS
Try using as a deep cleansing treatment mask, leave on for up to 10 minutes.
